If you ever think to rent from these people don't. 1st They dont pay your full deposit back. 2nd They Demand the tenant pay for wear and tear which they are not allowed to do. 3rd when it comes to fixing up the house you rent they cant do it but when it comes to rent at the end of the month they can send you a statement very fast
