Title: WARNING – Think Twice Before Ordering from Mthembu Capetown

I am writing this review to warn other consumers about my experience with Mthembu Capetown.

I placed my order on 12 May 2026 and, as of today, I still have not received it. I have contacted the company regarding the delay and have repeatedly been assured that my order is still active and will be shipped soon. However, I have still not received valid shipping confirmation or tracking details.

What is particularly concerning is that I was told that I cannot receive a refund, despite the fact that my order has not been delivered.

The situation has become even more concerning because the company's website is now offline.

At this stage, I have paid for an order that I have not received, I cannot get a refund, I have no tracking information, and the website is no longer accessible.

I cannot confirm what has happened to the company or my order, but based on my experience, I strongly recommend that potential customers exercise extreme caution before purchasing from Mthembu Capetown.

I am posting this review so that other consumers are aware of my experience and can make an informed decision before placing an order.
