Hospital disgrace

I needed to book my wife into hospital as we were referred by a kidney specialist. We were then refused by Fidelity security as the stated it was full. If this was genuine emergency they would of refused a patient in and results could be catastrophic. Security just laughed at the whole situation. What a disgrace for a hospital as all entrances in the front is closed and one needs to come in at the back on foot.
