Debt relief cancellation

Good Morning. I joined the debt review in August 2015 under a lady called Phumla Mtebele who was working for freedom debt relief at the time, only to discover now that she registered me under Mtebele debt councillors. In 2017 I decided to voluntarily cancel the debt review and Freedom debt councillors sent me a cancellation letter but did not remove their tag on my name. I just called National credit regulator (NCR) who indicated to me that I was actually registered with Mtebele debt councillors. Whatever your relationship is with Freedom debt relief is none of my concern. I just need you to cancel this debt relief thing,remove your tag on my name and update my status with credit bureaus because I am not paying my debts through you, I never did and you are damaging my credit record and score.
