URGENT: Threatening Behavior by Courier

I would like to lay a complaint concerning your courier guy didn't get his name but herewith a description His tall, dark skinned bald head with a beard not too much who delivered today at 10:56 at Centurion Louwlardia Business Estates ID no776402 the delivery was meant for Anna Molekwa

He threatened me, saying "I am going to regret ever working at the front and he swore at me in vanac saying all horrible things going as far as wanting to lay his hands on me and was stopped by Anna'' his threats made me fear for my life.

This conduct is highly unprofessional and has left me feeling unsafe at the office as he always comes through to make deliveries.

I hereby request;

1. Written acknowledgement of this complaint within 72hours 2. Assurance that the courier guy will no longer be making deliveries to this address 3. information on what action will be taken.

I take this matter very seriously and reserve the right to escalate this to SAPS should I feel my safety is at risk, I have also informed security to not let him in on our premises as well as the Facilities manager.
