Unprofessional Company / Rude Drivers

This company does not deserve even 1 star. I had a lady call me to tell me that she is 2 minutes away. 2 hours passed and I called her to find out what was the delay and she told me that she was stuck in traffic. I waited for about 1 hour again and when call again she hangs up my calls. I then decided to send her a WhatsApp message but she kept on ignoring me until I threatened to escalate that’s when she responds and say that they changed the delivery date for another day. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE ELSE, THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
