I'm a business owner myself, leaving a bad review is to someone else's busines doesn't sit well but when a business doesn't communicate you're left to vent our on platforms like these

My experience with these guys is appalling, I booked a courier on the 20th August still today they haven't collected, they keep saying a driver is allocated but business day finishes no collection and no explanation, just silence.
