MTE EXRESS - Bad feedback and Service

Very disappointing service. I provided a tracking number and tried to follow up via email—only to be met with endless back-and-forth and no resolution. Calling their listed number was even worse: multiple transfers and then the call dropped. I included my cellphone number in the email for feedback but received no call back. Live tracking didn’t update, and there was zero customer service throughout. This was my first experience with MTE EXPRESS, and it will definitely be my last. I do not recommend this company at all.
