It always ends in tears with MTE Xpress

I am infuriated beyond words, I’ve been waiting for a fragile parcel that was supposed to be delivered in 1-4 business days but I’m already 2 weeks in and still no delivery.

Their tracking system has been ‘in transit’ since but somehow the logs state that their driver supposedly contacted me not once but twice to no avail. I’m asking myself, why didn’t I get a notification of some sort? Where is the proof?!

These people don’t bother to make contact or amends, I’ve called their customer care ample of times only to be automatically prompted to leave a voicemail after two minutes of waiting on call.

I’m writing this and I still haven’t received the parcel I need for this weekend.

Please avoid using this company by all means unless if you don’t mind waiting weeks on end for a delivery that’ll be done by the tooth fairy and friends
