Horrible service

My order was meant to be delivered between 3 & 4 June as it says on the tracking page and I even called to confirm, and it was said that the driver will deliver before 17:00. At 16:18pm when I realized no driver had called I tried calling their office again and to no surprise they did not answer. Their lines mostly rung unanswered. After 17;00 I checked for an update and it said delivery attempt failed incomplete address. I dont understand how this is possible when I clearly mentioned the details in my call at 10:41 the same morning. When My order has been out for delivery for 3 days seriously. Worst service ever!!!
