Be aware

I bought a $50 dollar steam card from MTCGAME. Then I paid. There was no confirmation email so was concerned. Then I whasapp the MTCGAME. Then they told me to create biometric jpg with my credit cars credentials for verification. Told them I want a refund as I don't see myself creating an unlimited pass for them. No refund up to now. How is that for customer service.
