I wish there was an option to put a zero star because Frans does not deserve even 1 star. I asked Frans to manufacture a sleeper couch for me and I even showed him a video and pictures of how the couch should look like, this was beginning of Jan 2024 after he said he will deliver in 2 weeks. The couch was delivered a monthly later in February 2024 in a horrible condition, you could see spaces inbetween, there were ropes that were visible, the material was torn eyyyy it was just horrible! I told Frans about my concerns and he said he will ask his guys to collect the couch and alter it, he then gave me another couch to use in the meantime while they alter my couch and apparently this couch he gave me belongs to another customer who asked Frans to refurbish the couch. Long story short, Frans has been giving me excuses upon excuses and has not delivered my couch. My money is gone and left with a 2 seater couch that I can’t even sell because it will not be worth the money I gave to Frans! Do not bother using their services guys you will regret it! I’m approaching a year now and I have been asking for my refund. If anyone knows their whereabouts please let me know because apparently they have moved at The Hub :(
