Don’t use this business. It’s a **** 🥲

If I could rate this business zero, I would. They came to collect my furniture almost a month ago.

When Frans came to collect he took half of my outdoor dining patio furniture, one couch and two wingbacks promising to bring all these in a week at which point he would collect the rest of my dining patio furniture. He then collected R20k from me as deposit as i had asked him to make a couple more chairs.

A week passed with no communication, when I followed up he mentioned something about not having had materials and that they have now started on the job and will deliver a week later.

Another week passed, still no feedback other than promises to deliver. Delivery didn’t happen yet again as he promised he wanted to complete everything. I told him I just needed my couches and he can complete the rest later. He then sent me a long message still promising to deliver everything another week later.

Today was the day he was meant to deliver, earlier today he said he will deliver this afternoon and he still hasn’t. I’m going to open a case with the police because I’m pretty sure I’m being ****med.
