Hard earned cash down the drain

We bought a second hand quad bike from them for R15,000. They said it came with 3 months guarantee and that they would put in a new water pump, battery clutch cable. It broke down 5 times in 2 weeks and then the water pump, oil and antifreeze all started leaking. We asked for our money back and they refused and pointed to an ******* sign they had just put up saying NO REFUNDS. They would not answer calls and then said that there was no guarantee and it was sold VOETSTOOTS. We had also given them our mini quad for them to fix and they said that they would take some brand new school uniform as part payment. We eventually got the mini quad back from them in pieces and the uniform was replaced with their old school uniform and they also denied that there had been a brand new jersey. They are just pathetic and so desperate they will take anything.
