Worst service ever!

The service from you guys is really bad. Reported a toilet leakage, it got fixed. Now got a water bill and it’s because of your negligence. I’ve been requesting for a plumber to come fix the toilet when I came to inspect the house. And it was fixed after multiple emails begging you to fix this.

I’m not going to settle this bill cause I had not moved in at the time! I told K****tso about this and was told they will escalate this. I’m still waiting for feedback even now. The service is really really bad!

I’m taking legal action. I’m not gonna pay for services I didn’t use, now my water has been disconnected because of you people. Why must we beg for y’all to do your job, then you mess up and we must fix it??? I’m not gonna do that. If this is not fixed by Friday you will deal with my lawyer.
