Worst experience ever!!!

I have lived in a development by M&T for a year now. One of many in Midrand and as I watch them continuously build new developments while we are still struggling with issues from over a year ago it’s very upsetting and alarming. First of all who even inspects these buildings and approves them? We have been complaining about the noise from our pipes for over a year now, that’s not normal, pipes should not be making that sound, this is still not being resolved. Water is leaking through walls and affecting apartments from the second floor all the way to ground floor! That’s an issue that should be handled immediately! Water damage is not something to be taken lightly! There are so many issues one review would not even cover it. Not to mention, zero accountability!

Please I know that their properties are affordable but the headache and stress from living here after purchasing is not worth it. Rather pay more where you can be sure you are paying for quality and there were no short cuts taken in building or the materials!
