Worst experience at Founder Hill Crescent

From the best experience to the worst! Decided to continue renting from M&T when I relocated to JHB, because Helmut from Galloway in Centurion was the bestest agent and I thought they were all the same. Brenda (from accounts), Cassie (the agent) and Joe (M&T caretaker) from Founders Hill Crescent are literally the worst people ever! If you do not understand what customer service is, what are you servicing, why are you dealing with clients? The inconvenience and frustrations due to the incompetency! No man. I could have rented from anybody and I chose M&T because of the greatest customer service I’d received from Helmut in Galloway. I just could not believe that this is the SAME M&T. So it started with Not qualifying for promotions because I’m a NEW-EXISTING tenant (don’t know what that means), Welcome letter not sent, agent never available to assist, lack of communication/updates, collected my keys but was denied access to the gate, was not allowed to move in even though I had the keys, deposit from Galloway not received (it’s the 23rd day today) and they have the Founders Hill deposit too. I am tired of these people!
