They do not want to payout my deposit, stating that there is damage in a house that was rented voetstoots, and did not even have a inspection report on the house when took over from previous owner,they can't proof anything on what was damaged by me, they ask for a small house repaint 13000 Rand the house is as big as a 3 bedroom simplex, if needed them to fixed something, they say house is voetstoots. I have proof of what the house looked like when moved in. And still are in that condition, accept for what I fixed myself, I own them money for things they did not repair, I am not going to leave this unsolved, . Do not ever think of renting a house From m&t development, turn around and walk away...the accounts department, something to talk about...not trustable...
