Unhappy Buyer

I’ve bought an apartment in one of the new developments in midrand by M&T. We have been complaining about the noise coming from the pipes, when even you open any tap inside the unit the noise that comes from pipe outside is too much, this has been happening for months. We reported this issues to both the managing agent Pretor and M&T but nobody wants to take responsibility to address this issue.

Let’s talk about how they deal with snags, my kitchen door has chips which I report immediately when I occupied my unit guess what they don’t want to replace my door telling me that management don’t approve without any proper reason. I’ve sent numerous mails with no luck, it’s like they are ignoring my mails. And lastly the material they use to build these complexes are questionable and wonder who inspects and approves the state of this complexes.
