Stay away from them !!!!!!

Bought an apartment in Midrand by M&T development and managed by pretor in 2020 and I must say, it has been the worst experience. Noisy pipes and sewerage smell every single day. Levies are expensive but I don’t see why I am paying them because we are given low budget services. When you send them emails, they will NEVER respond. I hate it there. Worst decision ever.
