Shocking rental service from M&T Developments

Moved into a brand new unit on 01-02-2020. (1) The day we moved in the unit was filthy with building materials still in the unit. We had to clean this before being able to move our things in. (2) Within 3 days we had both bathrooms ripped out due to a pre existing leak that the plumber advised he knew was there, we were not made aware of this. Took more than 2 weeks to fix, with not one bathroom fully Operational during this time, On top of that we were expected to take leave to fit in with their working hours. (3) two separate debit orders were set up to my account, one correct and another for a completely separate unit from a separate complex run by them. (4) Gas leak! (5) Management have completely ignored me despite numerous emails. Almost 2 months later and I am still “awaiting feedback”
