Shocking experience to say the least

If I could give less than one star I would have. We bought more than a year ago and they seem to still disappoint from poorly written contracts, contract breaches to poor service. Huge promises are made to get you to sign and then the delivery …. SHOCKING.

If you are thinking of buying please make sure the contract is explained thoroughly. If not you will be hit with hidden costs and just expected to pay.

Also the contract is pretty much just a one way streak. You will be hit with “you are contractually obliged” or “as per your signed contract” when a query is raised, but when they don’t adhere to it they are quick to get their lawyer to phone with a poor excuse.

Then the service providers M&T uses are pretty much just like they are. They are pretty much all in cahoots with each other. I have no idea how a company can use Fungi as a service provider but will also write a review regarding them.

For a developer who has been in this industry as long as they have, I actually have no words. They either don’t listen to their clients or they right out just don’t care.

Recommendation: THINK TWICE before buying from them.
