This is the worse Development to rent from . They are using Fungi Utilities as managing the Utiliities even worse then them. People make sure you never go and rent an apartment from this place .

as per our telephonic discussion just now. I was able to arrange that you will get your Cleaning Deposit back. You have unfortunately forfeited the incentive because you did not give a full months notice and you also did not stay the full term of your rental contract. There is unfortunately nothing I can do about the incentive and I trust that you find this in order.
As stated over the phone. Your payment request was handed in and hopefully by Tuesday it will be paid.
All the best for the future.
