Rotting properties of M&T

Never rent, worst buy property from M&T. These people will sell you defective property without disclosing problems. Worst part conceal the problem by painting over it. Hardly 2 weeks in the house you see house falling apart. When you contact them for maintenance since you're still covered by warranty they stall until forever. Service from staff is pathetic. Feel free to read my other complaint titled *Pathetic, unprofessional staff* . If you want to waste money, energy and get headache, then approach M&T to do business. Be warned
