Regret Renting with M&T Development

Renting with M&T Development has been nothing short of a nightmare. Poor construction, constant hidden costs, and zero accountability. We were promised solar backup power—turns out that was a lie. The electric fencing doesn’t even work, which is a massive security risk.

Gardening? Always delayed. Communication? Nonexistent. When you do reach out, expect nothing helpful in return.

They also use a third-party provider called Fungi for water and electricity, and the billing makes absolutely no sense. We're being charged even when there's no usage—it’s a complete mess.

Bottom line: I would never rent from M&T again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Total disappointment.
