Refusing to refund my deposit

My experience with Founders Hill Crescent and its management company, M&T, was unacceptable. The utility charges for unit 9 in block 2, which were approximately R2000/month, were excessive, and my requests for an investigation were ignored for more than six months. To make matters worse, Brenda Burmeister from M&T refused to return my deposit. Their attitude towards customer satisfaction is careless and dismissive. I strongly discourage anyone from renting or buying at Founders Hill Crescent due to their neglect of essential services and disregard for customer satisfaction. The only bright spot of this complex is the sales team led by J****, but beyond that, you're on your own. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's only a matter of time before they're exposed through social media and investigative TV shows. We, as paying customers, deserve better treatment, and I'm not the only one who feels this way.
