Since Purchasing New Unit from Red Ivory Lane, Constant Poor Maintenance, Constant Damp Issues have caused more damage to my unit, nothing gets done about it, you get ignored when asking for assistance or even a response, but yet the property developers, demand your levies they also do not get involved and try to assist a person, taking this further to Consumer Council. The Rating Scale should have started from a Zero Star !
