Poor Quality of M-T Property Development In Centurion - If you want throw money away by M-T Property

I bought a property from M-T Property in Centurion two years ago. As if the poor quality of M-T property development is not bad enough, the developer *****ed me even further by either completely ignoring the property's or choose those minor repairs that fix so badly that a few months later whatever was fixed is broken again. To date the M-T has not signed off my snag list. There big water bubbles all over the walls, my bed celling is sagging, when kitchen water pipe bust, the only came to fix it after one and half month. But because the wall paint was damaged, the scratched off, and almost a year later, they haven't come back to fix it. Scullery, Study Room, Garage Walls are all badly cracked. My eastern side wall fence is cracking posing a very high risk to my children. Every time I complain, M-T simply sends a foreman to make assessments, and it ends there. M-T's insensitivity to my complaint has driven to a point where I'm now taking legal action against them. Unfortunately, our government is failing us by failing crack down on ******** organizations like M-T Property Development that is swindling and robbing us of our hard earned money by masquerading as property developers.
