POOR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE

We viewed a unit, app**** for same, not approved (took 1 week to do this), app**** again (then approved but also 1 week later). For 1 and 1/2 weeks we struggled to get agent to send paper work - wanted to occupy 3 Feb (already moved out of previous place). Only to be notified that there are no units available - not now, not for March, April or May .... on Private Property it is clearly advertised for this specific unit available 4 March 2023. How can you advertise knowing that you do not have units available ? They are lying and backing up for each other - not able to properly get hold of the agents. They will never see me again and I will wherever make sure people know about this poor service.
