Pathetic Way for a Person to Start Up their lives

Responsible for Waterfall Crest in Midrand. Recently moved into a 1 bedroom apartment there. I'm the First person to stay there, and the problems are endless. Leaking pipes under both sinks, the bathroom and kitchen, cracks in the walls, filthy finishing with cement, missing shelves, Fibre takes over 4 weeks before someone comes to install and it's still not active yet its inclusive in the rent.
