Pathetic, unprofessional staff

I want to report the unprofessional behavior of the lady named Berdine Louw of M-T developments. This lady is so unprofessional and doesn't not care to lie to clients. I send her emails everyday, followed by calls which she avoids. I bought a property from them, the property is registered already but they are giving me the run around and preventing me from moving into my property. They expect me to pay for 2 properties, the one i'm currently staying in and the new one which i bought from them but don't want me to move in.

Berdine avoids my calls when the receptionist transfer me. The other time I was put on hold and I heard the receptionist talk to her and asking why she doesn't take the call. After that she took the call and promised to send me an email with feedback which she never did. I call her everyday 20 times but never get through or if i do she tells me she will give me a report via email which never happens.

When i ask for the manager the receptionist don't want to transfer me to the manager. I am sick and tired of the run around from this company. This is costing me energy and money having to run after them. I'm appalled by the unprofessional behavior of this woman called Berdine. Its sickening
