Olivewood Village South Kempton Park

I have to give a very positive review about the service that I have received at M&T Developments in purchasing and moving into my unit at Olivewood Village South. I see many negative reviews about poor service or lack of service from the company at other developments but that has not been my experience at all at Olivewood.

I can confidently make special mention of Lizette van Staden and Jannie. Lizette responds to every message, phone call, email without fail, immediately. I have never had an issue with lack of communication, in fact Lizette has even kept constant communication from her side to make sure that she has everything she needs from me to do her job efficiently and also to ensure that any issues that I have had with my unit are handled promptly. I have stayed at my unit for a couple of months only and have waited that long to write a review, just to be sure, and I have not been disappointed in that time. Yes, being new units, there have been snags, and minor issues, but every single issue that I have reported has been promptly followed up on by Lizette and Jannie. I also feel that the quality of workmanship and fittings have been fantastic. Every time I raise a snag with Jannie, he follows up, never gets annoyed, never looks inconvenienced, just wants to make sure I'm happy.

Having bought a home off plan in the past from another developer I was extremely nervous based on that hugely negative experience, but I can honestly say that Lizette and Jannie have made this an very smooth, comfortable process and I am up to this point, very happy. Thank you.
