Not investing with M-T Again

I’d like this complain email to be forwarded to the relevant management and would appreciate a prompt response.

1. I signed the offer with a promise of 1st Feb Occupation date, that never happened and unless I asked nobody bothered to actually update the delays. So that meant having to keep cancelling on tenants and re-advertising. 2. Registration was done on 29-Mar-2019 but I was only notified on 2nd April which by then was too late to move a tenant for April, lost 1 month rent. 3. Selling point was that Attorney fees were included but now been given a bill to pay SA Homeloans. 4. When collecting the keys the apartment was not ready and the oven was missing, which means it was not checked before it was signed off. Second check, oven is installed wrong, it doesn’t fit properly, lights missing, apartment dirty, Main door not closing, sliding door not closing and many other things. 5. Today(14-Apr-2019) came to check again, since 02-Apr nothing has been done about anything. 6. I keep bringing potential tenants and loosing on getting a tenant cause the place is not ready for a show
