Not concerned about safety of there customers

Unless you want to purchase sub standard quality for an premium price then we can definitely recommend supporting M&T. We had an electricity issue with circuit breaker that actually melted because of loose connection. This could have been so much worse but everybody(M&T and there so called contractor Dehann Elctrical) is denying and claiming that there is no safety risk involved with melting wires and circuit breakers. This happened Sunday 03 April 2022. Now I will confirm there is channels to be followed with Homewarranty etc but how can M&T expect you to sit without power with a baby until they someday consider reading and responding to emails. We got an contractor out with the assistance of our estate manager to fix the issue the same day but now M&T just turns around and tells us not there problem because I did not follow the home warranties standard procedure. M&T does not care about safety of there customers nor about any aftersales.
