Please do not purchase from this company. I have been in a 2year battle for fees I paid for a gas leak for months which was never picked up.

This was a brand new apartment with lots of stories why the company charging these amounts could not use the metering system.

This was with in first 6 months of purchasing the new apartment. We sat for 6 months without water. The body corporate refuses to assist. Home warranties also refuses to assist.

To save yourself from legal battles and regret for your investment DO NOT purchase from this company.

Hopefully the papers can get involved to spread the work of these investments.
