M&T Developments Sub-Standard Work

I bought a property that was built by M&T Developers in February of 2019. For a year a struggled with drainage of my en-suite shower and toilet, paying plumbers to try and unblock the drain. Today, 11 months later it was found out that the drainage pipe was never connected to the sump during development. Instead the drainage pipe lead directly into the ground were all grey water had to naturally drain through ground absorption. I am terribly disappointed and alarmed by the lack of workmanship that went into building this property and I now wonder what other corners were cut in M&T's developments all over Centurion. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND M&T DEVELOPMENTS TO ANYONE ON THE MARKET FOR A BRAND NEW HOUSE. This was the first property I've owned and I feel like I was sold a lie from the start.
