M&T developments ripped me off

I bought a simplex at a complex call Etude in Sagewood, one of their developments, before I moved in arranged for an inspection with their foreman, Ruan, one useless person I have ever met in my entire life. Upon inspection I found issues, which for a brand new house was shocking, nonetheless I reported it to Ruan, for an entire month he failed to fix them and eventually had to move in with all those issues, which some of them are still there up to this day. With the first year of occupancy I had a geyser issue which they have failed to fix and I ended up having to outsource someone to come fix it and have to pay out of my own pocket. The quality of their cupboards and wardrobes is very low, their service is just bad, together with Pretor group. I told myself never again will I buy anything that involves M&T developments and Pretor. I would also advise anyone against buying or getting involved with these two developers. They are absolutely useless and their work is not of good quality.
