M&T Development *****

This company sells dreams but you end up with cracks on your walls. I moved in at Waterfall Crest at beginning of lock-down, after a year I decided that I would move out because my electricity bill for the entire year was just over R26000,00. I met the rep and she said if I extended I can move out anytime and I will get R2000,00 upfront and then be charged R3000,00 for breaking the contracting, meaning I would paid R1000,00 should the apartment be kept neat and tidy. When I wanted the R2000,00 after fulfilling all their obligations I was told that its their sole discretion but that not what they said when they made sign the contract extension. In real life, the arrangements are made in a manner that would be classified as ***** because they lie about the R2000,00. I am now looking for people who have been de*****ed by M&T Development as I want to involve authorities so that they are investigated for *****. If anyone has the same experience please let me know so that we can add the name on the list of people who are reporting the company for *****.
