M&T Development Founders Hill

As a first time buyer I advise that you do thorough research before deciding to purchase property from M&T Development. They have good designs and the floor sizes are bigger compared to most developments however that has appeared to be worrisome because it creates room for multiple structural errors and “shortcuts”. The sales process is smooth however the service is quite poor, especially after your bond has been registered. You’re promised that all the snags will be attended to but I can assure you that you will be left alone once you receive the keys.

I have sent numerous emails to M&T Home Warranty regarding the poor craftsmanship before the bond was registered and after. It’s been over a month and nobody has gotten back to me. The snags include a cracked bathroom window, a poorly installed bedroom window, poorly installed doors, a cracked cornice, dirty sliding door and window frames, poorly installed cupboards and many incomplete finishes.

The lack of interest in showing passion and making sure they meet international standards has got me questioning their building techniques of the building as a whole. If my unit is incomplete, what does that say about the structure of the entire block?

I was excited to finally own a home but I feel like I purchased an expensive garage.

Reading through all the complaints and comments about Founders Hill Crescent makes me feel embarrassed for falling into M&T’s trap.
