M&T Development and Pretor....Worst Worst Worsr!!!

M&T has to be the worst worst worst developer EVER, like EVER. They use cheap EVERYTHING. I stay at Ashwood in Monavoni, Centurion. I have only been staying here for a year and 2 month but the amount of problems I have encountered in this house are too much. From water pressure, to roof leaks, the materials used for building is cheap cheap, a curtain is hanging by a string, water damages by pipe leaks, the list goes on and on. When you raise a concern they never respond shame, you just wasting your time. We have issues that have been reported since we moved in and until today nothing has been done about it, they juyz wait for your warranty to lapse then that's when they respond to tell you unfortunately they can assist because Warranty has lapsed. I wouldkf advice anyone to buy or rent anything that has M&T development or Pretor, worst worst worst companies. Everything looks nice on paper and thier ads until you are inside, biggest regret ever.
