M&T Centurion exploiting Tenant rates and services

Fungi manages electricity for M&T tenants in Centurion and it's the worst billing system you can ever imagine.

Hundreds of tenants are complaining but no one can help not even M&T or Fungi staff. We have a Whats group for tenants at Die Hoewes Towers in Centurion and last year we paid an average of about R1300 now this year we are paying between R2500 to R3000 in single and 2 bedroom apartments.

Please help us. We have recently learnt that we are being charged for water reheating for an entire block and decided per unit amongst other costs. We can't even load electricity when we don't have electricity because you can only use the app which doesn't function sometimes and we see. Many units dark in the evening because of these functionalities. The Landlord uses water excessively in the garden and we are being charged. Our hope is that Fungi and M&T can be thoroughly investigated as we are aware the body corporate is in debt to eskom and municipality and we are being punished for this. And none of the promised features advertised are availabke such as Laundry, car wash, wifi, gym facilities so we really don't know what we are paying so much money for. Plus rent going up over 8% doesn't make this any easier. We are paying more than advertised. It's rediculous and we can't live in peace because the Landlord is always taking pictures and following people around.

Please advise how to escalate this matter to an investigation.
