My experience is terrible , they keep debiting my account even though I have vacated the storage unit and the attitude of the admnistration lady is very bad this has happened not once , Now i need my money back its a problem also with the bank charges aswell. 1st of all when i first occupied that unit they debited my account 3 times the amount so I told them to stop debit order I then paid my montly rent with EFT , then out of the blue they debited my account in Jully while I had paid by EFT monthly rent . I vacated that unit is septemer October my account was debited , now my account is debitede double . I am very disapointed and so angry with MT it being such a big company . and I want my money back ASAP
