Low quality apartments! Stay away

I wish this will save a new buyer like myself. They use the cheapest quality and services. I’ve owned the apartment for less than a year and almost everything has broken except the windows (touch wood). Rather spend the extra money for Balwin or similar developers! I’m stuck with the horrible apartment that I will need to in any event spend more money trying to repair
