Long waiting period for repairs

I bought a unit, Red Ivory Lane in 2021. I reported the water leaks more than 4 months ago and I'm still waiting for someone to come fix them. I have sent numerous email to K****tso who has being saying someone will even today we are still waiting. There is now molds problem in the other bedroom which we can't use because of health risks. In addition to that the poor quality of the cupboards, and many more problems with their units
