Legal Action/Rental Tribunal - Michelle Smith makes renting at M&T Dev HELL.

Michelle Smith. Thats all I can say. I have read so many reviews and everyone who left a bad review has dealt with Michelle Smith. Worst person to deal with at M&T Development. I have been staying at Eco Park East for 8 months now, each apartment is given two parking spaces (one being covered and the other opened). Michelle allocated a covered parking space for us which was also allocated to another tenent who has been there longer. I have sent her more than 10 emails requesting assistance. MORE THAN 10 which I will expose them out if no manager contacts me. With the emails I have sent, its either she ignores the mails or does not resolve the issues I address with her. I have since requested to move out and requested my security deposit back and her response is " as per clause ##" and if we had to take this legally, it will show that Michelle Smith (M&T Development) breached the contract first as they stipulated two parking and only one was provided. I decided to involve our family lawyer and the rental/housing tribunal for help because Michelle does not take ANYONE serious. I have tried to meet her halfway & find other ways to move forward cause dealing with this has been menatally draining but Michelle does what Michelle wants at the end of day. Someone in a high position than Michelle has to contact me ASAP.
