Leaking apartment

I honestly don’t even know where to start. My partner and I bought property from M&T Development (Red Ivory Lane)2 years ago and the place has so many leaks that it has become unbearable to live here. LUKE the estate manager is as good as useless. Reports on the Leaks were done. Emails were sent. Inspection was done and approved for fixing but they never came. Back and forth emails between me and Luke but he’s not even helpful in this matter. It has become so bad that when it rains the water trips out power and we now worried about our appliances and even about our safety. Not to mention our furniture. This has been so emotionally exhausting and still is. The service here is extremely poor and something needs to be improved.
