Walls are not straight between doors, theres cracks in the walls and garages water comes through causing items to be water damaged, new pipes are leaking, low pressure water, power outages, boundary walls not painted properly,security devices being breached,items ****** from garage, appliances supp**** compressor lose, damaged kick plates, electric fence not working for months,cracked tiles,structural damages in walls,plumbing issues.Please attend to before departure of construction as it will affect owners levies for defective construction in the development where no supervision nor co-ordination from inception of the actual stack units being build as "NEW" in Louwlardia that is on the corner of Candlewoods and Olivenhoutbousch road. Hence we urge the owners and prospective to be aware defective buildings like these from currently being newly build not to incur high levies or special levies from mantenance with new Body Corporate rules for special levies to be implemented not longer than six months of occupation is at our doorstep. Will not be acceptable the snags, defects in the building need to be seriously attended to by the developer as owners were not enlightened of these flaws, snags and structural damages when having purchased the unit hence it need be placed on record with The National Home Builders Registrational Council with immediate effect.
