I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEVELOPER

Purchased my first property from this developer called M&T and I am utterly disappointed and regretful!! Since I moved in- a number of issues have come about that have not been addressed even at the very least: 1. Pipes make a noise when opening taps or flushing toilet. This is not a pleasure at all! Imagine you have guests and constantly have to explain where that sound is coming from. 2. A security risk. There have been a number of break-ins in the complex (including a night shift guard being held captive) due to the ease at which non-residents gain access to this estate. 3. There is no intercom system in place and no checks in place to confirm if a resident allows a visitor in or not. You just see people showing up at your door without your consent! This scares me and gives me so much anxiety! 4. No sufficient ventilation in these matchbox units 5. We have had a couple of power outages in the complex- in addition to the rotational loadshedding. There is no explanation to residents as to why this keeps happening in our complex and no has given us any feedback whatsoever. 6. The managing agent (Pretor) charges us a whopping R1700 for levies yet our security is at stake in addition to the above mentioned issues. They have the audacity to send out an email telling us to tighten our security and add sliding door locks as well as security gates to prevent break-ins, yet we pay so much for levies and sleep in fear every single night!

This place gives me so much anxiety and I am scared for my life! I will never recommend anyone to purchase a property from this developer. NEVER.
