Horrible plumbing

When I was looking to purchase an apartment, M&T was the cheapest amongst all the apartments I had viewed although the size where the same. From the moment I moved in, it made sense why! 1. It took +- 6 months to completely fix my snag list 2. The plumbing here is horrible! There is a leaky pipe, water seeps through tile grout in the bathroom. 3. Everytime my neighbor open their tap there is a loud banging vibrating noise in the pipes. I have reported this since February when I moved in and nothing has been done. warranty department will tell you they will update you but never do, I always have to be the one sending emails reminding them. It's been 7 months since I moved in and I have never slept peacefully because you get woken up at 11pm 2am by loud banging noise coming from the pipes. I would never advice anyone to buy property from M&T. Once they get your money, you will be the one running after them.
