Fountain Ridge units smelling like sewer. We live in a dump. Health hazzard.

Never ending issues. Now we live in a house smelling like sewer posing a health risk to us and our children. The smell coming from the washing machine pipes into our units is really unbearable. This is a universal issue here in Fountain Ridge but they won't fix all the units, each one must complain. M&T is one developer who knows how to ***** human dignity from people. You don't value human being, you do not see people. Fountain Ridge and all your other developments are a joke only because you are selfish, and your execution of a good strategy is so poor. You sell your properties so expensive and do not want to spend, you believe in cheap labour which results in poor workmanship. None of the developers,directors and owners will leave in such conditions or even better the M&T units because they are simply not meant for you. To date, I still want to know who approved our units, you will be told they have since left.
